Chapter 7: The Silent Witness

The courtroom was an arena. The air was thick with the scent of expensive cologne, nervous sweat, and the electric tension of a scandal that had gripped the entire nation. Isabella sat in the defendant's box, her hands trembling. She had been promised total immunity by Julian, but the silence from his camp was deafening.

When Khloe walked into the courtroom, the camera flashes were blinding. She wore a tailored suit of charcoal silk, her face a mask of serene defiance.
"The defendant claims she was a victim of physical assault," the prosecutor began.
Khloe took the stand. "The defendant is an actress," she said softly, but the microphone amplified her words to a thunderous volume. "And like any actress, she relies on the lack of a script. She believed she had deleted the evidence. She believed the human memory was the only witness. But she forgot that we live in an era where every movement is immortalized."

Khloe produced a holographic drive. "This is the raw data from the hospital’s integrated monitoring system. It doesn't just show the room. It captures the velocity of Isabella’s movement, the trajectory of her kick, and the deliberate intent behind it. She didn't stumble. She hunted."
Isabella’s composure fractured. She tried to scream, to interrupt, but the judge slammed the gavel down. In that moment, the courtroom realized: this was not a trial; it was an execution of lies.
